Dog bit my kitten's lip. Kitten is eating. Is it okay? What to do?

Hello, hope im not botheirng, so my cat had kitten on friday. And well i also had dogs living with me, small dog. One of my small dog attack one of the kitten, scratching a bit of the kitten lips, a small Chunk. It bleed but. It stop bleeding and the l kitten is back to eating.but im still so worry. Is the kitten going to be okay. What should i do??

As long as the kitten is eating I would not be overly concerned. Just monitor him/her to make sure the eating continues. Obviously, keep the dogs away from the cat/kittens to prevent this from happening again. I would also recommend you spay the mother cat as soon as this kitten is weaned.
