Brown dots above cat's both eyes and hair has been greatly reduced in affected area, for two or three days. Today, I saw few drops of blood in the affected area of the left side and (maybe) it was slightly swollen. Besides, I reckon her both eyes are lightly swollen as well but nobody else seems to notice it. Apart from this, rest of her behaviour seems completely normal, she is eating, drinking and playing normally. PS .., I have uploaded the affected areas photo. Thanks

Looks like scabbing probably from her scratching at that area. Many times cats are trying to scratch the ears but get that area in front of the ear/above the eye instead. Are you sure she doesn't have ear mites or an ear infection? I suggest you have her to a vet so they can check the ears. You can apply this cream to the affected area but it may not help if you don't address the underlying cause. Also, do not get this cream in the eyes.
