My dog keeps reopening his wound. How to clean and protect it?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 2 years old | 85 lbs

My 2 year old dog is allergic to fleas and had this wound on his right hind leg and his front right leg , I have been to my vet they gave him medicine for it but did not put a cone on him and it was all cleared up , but now it’s there again and he keep reopening it so until I get in with me vet again what do I do to clean it out

Put a cone on Poe to keep him from getting at it. You can make one at home. Clean the wound with warm water and antiseptic soap. I hope this helps! http://dogsaholic.com/care/homemade-dog-cone.html
