hi, my dog has been itching this mark on his leg but it’s white so i don’t think it’s a tick but it’s like a bump as if it were a mosquito bite. Should i be concerned? Pet's info: Dog | Maltese | Male | unneutered | 20 lbs

I doesn't look like an insect bite. It could be a small wart or other mass. The only way to know for sure would be to have it examined by a vet and have a sample evaluated under the microscope. There is a type of tumor called a Mast Cell Tumor that can cause itching.
