Why is my puppy licking her vulva, having discharge, and biting tail?

Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Female | unspayed

My puppy is four and half months old. She has sometimes semi liquid secretion before or after urination. Also she licks near valvua during that time. She also try to bite her tails fewtime but more frequently. Her ears are also not coming in front . May please advise.

Some puppies this age can have a sterile vaginitis. It is related to their newly forming hormones. A vet can check for infection, but it isn't very common. Biting at the tail can be caused by itching, fleas, tail issues in pugs, among others. I would discuss this with Poogie's vet. I don't know what you mean about the ears. They appear in a normal position in the picture.
