My hamster is scratching, stressed, and has a red tummy. What's wrong?

My hamster’s fur is usually clean and neat, until today. His fur was messed up, and he seemed really stressed. He would randomly lay down and don’t move. Also, he would go into his tube and just lie there. He’s constantly scratching himself. His tummy is red. How can we help him? Pet's info: Small Animal | Hamster | Male | 2 lbs
