I have 5lb dog. She has acted like she don’t feel good for 3 to 4 days. She vomited some and has been shivering alittle. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 3 years and 3 months old | 5 lbs

Poor Maggie! Shivering and vomiting are both very non-specific signs of illness that could be due to almost anything, so it's hard to say what might be wrong without being able to examine her and run some tests. Since she has been sick for 3-4 days now and the problem has not resolved, I would recommend taking her to the vet today for an exam. He/she can do blood work, x-rays, or other testing if needed to help diagnose the problem and see what kind of treatment is needed.
