Why is my dog restless, confused, and panting after vet shots?

Well I took him to vet where vet given him 3 injection that I attached his picture but as I came back home bruno become very restless and confused and not able to understand anything like roaming here and there scratching rile floor then lifting rear legs and I contacted vet again and he gave him avil injection now he is sleeping somehow so my point is why this happened to him after injection restless and rapid panting etc ? What causes this ? Was vet gave wrong injection ? Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 3 years and 8 months old

Hello. I am totally unable to decipher the writing in your picture, but it is possibly that Bruno had a mild allergic reaction to one of the injections. Fortunately, once the immediate symptoms are gone, there is usually no long lasting effects. As long as he is resting comfortably, he should continue to recover. If he still seems to be affected as the day goes on, please contact your veterinarian again. I hope Bruno is feeling better soon & thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
