My dog's Frontline is due. Is she protected if I delay for water?

We are taking my dog to hiking in the trail and to the beach. My dog's Frontline is due the next day. Considering she will be in the water (and taking bath afterwords), it makes sense to apply the Frontline according to the schedule, which is after the trip. However, since it will be a month since her last application, I am worried that if she will be fully protected while hiking and swimming. I'd like some advise on this. Pet's info: Dog | Pembroke Welsh Corgi | Female | unspayed | 6 months and 18 days old | 25 lbs

You are correct that the water and the baths will interfere with her Frontline. Even though she will be a little late for the medication, long-term this will not likely cause any effects.
