My cockatiel is shaking, sleepy, and not singing. Should I see a vet?

My cockatiel has stopped singing for a while and I feel that he is not happy anymore like he used to be.he is sometimes sleepy. And he is shaking for no reason i don’t why. He never been like this before. Is everything normal? Or should I take him to a vet? Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Male

Review diet and husbandry to correct any deficiencies, as low calcium, protein and some vitamins can cause weakness. Infections or metabolic disorders should also be on the differential list.
