My dog has a sore body and stiff neck after flu. What should I do?

Good morning,my dog about 2yrs old have started with seemed like the flu a few days ago.She was getting hot but cold at the same time.She is eating very well and drink water.She goes to the bathroom as normal.Most of the shivering and getting cold and hot at the same time is over today but now she has a sore body and stiff neck,not sure if it could be from her sleeping alot maybe in one position.From what i have read its a dog flu that she had.What can be done when this happens again and how can. Pet's info: Dog | Dachshund (Miniature Smooth Haired) | Female | spayed | 1 year and 6 months old | 4 lbs

If Luna is sore and her body is stiff I would take her to a veterinarian. Dachshunds are prone to back problems and my concern is she actually hurt her back. They would be able to provide her with medication but I also recommend very strict rest. This means no running or jumping. Ideally she would rest in a cage.
