Where to find help with vet bills for my senior dog's health issues?

I am a 62 year old disabled woman on SSI and I have a 9 year old spayed dachshund. She has not been to a vet since 2012 and she had allergic reaction to shots so there was a shot that was given prior to vaccinations. Suede has had a flea problem and she has bald patches and she also has lumps on her belly and will not let me cut her nails..I love my dog and I did not realize the cost associated with pet ownership. This is why I do not get anymore pets and I wanted to find out if there was any. Pet's info: Dog | Dachshund (Miniature Smooth Haired) | Female | spayed | 9 years and 2 months old | 25 lbs

It doesn't appear that there are any close to you though - the closest one is about 40 miles away. If you are willing to drive this may be your least expensive option. They do not charge an exam fee. Tractor Supply also has a similar program.
