Why is my cat pooping hair, has firm stools, and an itchy, dirty rear?

My cat had a human hair stuck in his hole one day, so I pulled it out. I thought it was a one time thing but turns out he's been pooping along with human hair for several times. Plus his stools are too firm. He keeps itching his hole. It looks like his hole isn't cleaned by him properly but when I pick him up to have a closer look, the hole's sides aren't polluted by poop but it's side fur is pretty much yellowish. What's the problem doc? Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | 2.7 lbs

It could be Mellow has some problems with hair balls, and there may be poop stains around his anus. I'd give him a bath to clean up his anal area. Feed him wet food with water added to it to see if that helps with the firm poop.
