Why does my cat pant after playing, and what are yellow spots on his face?

I’ve noticed yellow spouts on my cat’s face as shown also he sometimes pant after he plays and runs , are these normal ? thanks. Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Longhair | Male | 4 months and 10 days old

Mesho Is a handsome boy. I don’t see anything that looks pathologic in the photograph but I’m not sure what you mean by yellow spouts. It’s possible that he is changing some of his color which can happen with kittens at his age. Panting can be normal if he has had vigorous exercise. If you are seeing him pant without vigorous exercise then it can indicate a congenital heart problem. If this is the case, have him examined by his veterinarian.
