My dog has 4 small sores in her groin area. They are not red nor inflamed but they are not healing. Shes had them for a couple of weeks now. What are they?

Those sores look to be ulcerated. This does not look like your typical bacterial infection or fungal infection. An autoimmune condition is possible or an atypical infection. I recommend to have Daisy examined by her veterinarian today. That is the first step in figuring out what these are. I hope this helps and please feel free to post any additional questions.

Poor girl. These ulcreated areas look infected and surely have a bacterial component here. There may be other underlying causes (immune mediated disease, fungal, cancer) here so its best to get your vet involved with a thorough diagnostic workup, especially if oral antitiobics have failed to resolve these lesions. I do hope that your fur baby Daisy can resolve her very usual skin disease soon! Best wishes and take care.
