Why is my budgie vomiting clear liquid but still singing and dancing?

Question

My budgie has been vomiting, but not like any other bird. The vomit is clear. He doesn't bob his head or shake his head from side to side. After he vomits he acts like nothing happened. He starts singing and dancing. I don't know what's wrong with him, please help. Pet's info: Bird | Parakeet | Male | unneutered | 1lb

Regurgitation can be behavioral but also possible illness such as metabolic disorders (liver, renal), toxicities (zinc, lead, plants, etc.), crop infections or impactions and more.
