My rat won't drink her antibiotic water. What are my options?

Hi, my rat has been given anti biotics to dilute into her drinking water daily, but she isn't drinking from her bottle, she normally drinks regularly. Help would. Pet's info: Small Animal | Rat | Female | 13 lbs

You may need to mix the antibiotic in a syringe of water and give it to her that way. If the antibiotic is a liquid you may also be able to mix it with peanut butter and feed it to her. You will need to ask your veterinarian about the exact dosage because it will be very different from the amount you’re putting in her water bottle.
