My dog bites my kitten then my kitten started to twitch all over nearly dying and paralyzed he cannot move as of now shes on bed and taking a nap

This sounds terrible. The dog seriously injured this kitten. You need to get her to a vet immediately if you want her to have any chance at survival. I doubt she is napping, she may be unresponsive due to trauma. Please get this kitten to a vet.
