My dog threw up, has diarrhea, and bloody poop. Is it an emergency?

Hi there! My 1-year-old Min Pin/Corgi mix threw up sometime during the night and has been having diarrhea today. I got him to drink some water, but I'm not sure if he's eaten yet or not. The last time I took him outside (about 15 minutes ago) I noticed a little blood in his poop. My boyfriend and I think it's just something he ate, but I'm a little concerned. Should we just keep an eye on him today and tomorrow or should we take him to a clinic?

I would keep an eye on him, and even offer a bland meal of boiled rice and chicken to see if it helps if his symptoms have only been minor/happened once or twice. Reddish blood in the stool can indicate irritation of the lower GI tract, or even issues such as parasites. If Sparrow continues to have bloody stool, diarrhea, vomits more, is very lethargic or painful, or refuses to eat anything, it would be best to bring him into a vet for a complete workup.
