My 8-month-old cat has a bald patch on her eyebrow. What's wrong?

Hi there, my cat is I think 8-9 months old and she has had hair loss above eyebrows but her right eyebrow there is a patch that is all of the sudden completely bald.it could be ringworm ( pray not), only the murmur, other insects I give her better food, and she apparently has a heart murmur that I have to wait to get checked out as they have no ultrasounds here Pa
