The concern I have for Kiki is how long and how much vomiting and diarrhea she has had. Dehydration is a real concern for a dog her size. It is best that she gets seen by your Vet today. They can decide if she needs blood work or X-rays. They can at least give her fluids, antacids, something to stop the vomiting and medication for her diarrhea. Causes of vomiting and diarrhea are: dietary indiscretion (eating something gross), intestinal parasites, toxins, metabolic conditions (liver, kidney disease), viral and or bacterial infections.
If you want to try her at home, I would withhold food for 12-24 hours and water for 6 hours. In 6 hours offer ice cubes or very small amounts of water. If she stops vomiting then tomorrow start "sip and nibble" of a bland diet of boiled chicken or hamburger with rice as small frequent meals.
