Pet's info: Cat | Snowshoe | Female | spayed | 1 year and 11 months old | 10 lbs
My 2 year old snowshoe cat is shedding like crazy the last 6 months or so. I brush her every day for at least 10 minutes and have her on hairball control food but she is still shedding much more than any of my other cats. Is this common for snowshoe breeds? And what can I do to lessen it that I'm not already doing?

Yes, this is normal but there is not really much you can do but daily brushing. All those "low shedding" products are a waste of money in my opinion. The only thing I can think of that may help is putting her on a salmon oil supplement. Both cats can take it.
