My cat incontinence in her dream. Very little clear and doesn’t smell, this is the first time I’ve noticed it happened. She eats normal, poo and pee are normal too. Is it something I should be concerned about? Or it’s just her got scared in her dreams You She’s an adoption cat around 3 years old. Has hip problem possibly due to old injuries. Her mobility is slightly affected but she can still walk but can’t really jump high. Otherwise she’s healthy

If this was a once-time occurence, I wouldn't worry too much. But cat's shouldn't really urinate when they are sleeping. They can develop urinary incontinence which is most evident when they have been laying and there is a small amount of urine when they get up. Sometimes a UTI or other urinary issues can present similarly to incontinence. If you notice the leaking urine continues, then your cat should get checked out by a vet to see what is going on.
