Is yogurt, eggs, or milk safe for my 9-year-old dog with a cough?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed

My dog 9 yrs old reports attached.what should be her diet?vet didn't give any instructions for her diet even on asking him.can I give her CURD(YOGURT),PANEER(COTTAGE CHEESE),EGGS,MILK?what else can I give n can these mentioned be given with these liver tests?she is on SILYBON SYRUP, VIUSID SYRUP, ENTEROKINASE 5ML daily twice.plz tell.what to b given?she also seems to have cough.when she breathes n barks,I can hear some noise.she had pyometra surgery on 9 July.she coughs n then vomits foam/food.

Any balanced dog food is fine at this point. Foods like you mentioned are safe short-term, but they are not a balanced diet with things like fiber, vitamins, and minerals. Some dogs will have an intolerance to milk-products, and if that is the case for Chutki, then I would avoid those. The coughing should be evaluated by a vet to determine the cause and start treatment. X-rays of the chest may be indicated. Somtimes the vomiting can be treated by appropriately treating the cough. Other times an anti-nausea medicine is needed.
