Is my dog's new heart medicine causing liver problems post-surgery?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed

My dog had her pyometra surgery on 9 July n after that her LFT results were normal except ALP(Alkaline phosphatase) was very high (276) till 16th july.then her heart medicine was started on 17th CARDIO STRENGTH VETRI SCIENCE twice daily n now her ALT AST ALP everything is high.is this heart medicine causing liver problems?plz tell.she is vomiting,not eating food n is having fever after shivering.plz tell everything about this heart medicine.she is also passing reddish brown stretchy discharge.

This supplement is unlikely to influence any liver enzymes and can be stopped anytime if there is any suspicion of that. ALP is elevated but moderately and I would not focus on that. Albumin is low and that is a main concern at the moment. Vomiting should be treated with symptomatic medications. If there is high temperature, antibiotics should be given/continued.
