My dog is getting tiny bumps (sores) on his head and neck. Should I use a special shampoo? Pet's info: Dog | English Springer Spaniel | Male | neutered | 8 years and 5 months old | 38 lbs

It may be that he has some inflammation and mild infection in his skin. Ideally, take him to your vet for an exam, especially if he seems itchy or uncomfortable. There is a great shampoo available by Duoxo that may be helpful. Typically these products are sold through veterinarians; however you can also find it on amazon. https://www.douxo.com/us/douxo-solutions/douxo-chlorhexidine.
