Hello! I noticed my dog has like a type of ball on his tail, and I have been wondering what is it and if it is dangerous. Could you please help me? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 3 years and 6 months old | 22 lbs

I can't tell for sure from the photos but that looks like it may be a skin tumor. I recommend to have Goofy examined by his veterinarian. Skin masses can be many things but red raised masses are especially concerning for a skin cancer called a Mast Cell tumor. Your veterinarian will need to collect a sample of cell to examined under the microscope to determine what this is and if further treatment is needed. Have this checked out soon.
