My girl is due on the 25th she’s gone off her food a bit. Sleeps a lot and today a lil drops of milk comes out her nipples. Temperature hasn’t changed much it’s at 37.3 will she go into labor soon? Pet's info: Dog | Smooth Fox Terrier | Female | unspayed | 4 years and 4 months old

If her temperature remains below 37.7 celsius, then yes she will likely go into labor within the next 24 hrs. The next stage of labor is nesting, whimpering and then stomach contractions.
