My dog hasn't pooped after stomach upset and fasting. Is it normal?

Hey rested my dogs stomach by not feeding him saturday. He had bloody stool and was not eating saturday. Was super hungry sunday and fed him boiled chicken and rice. He is eating like normal but has not used the bathroom since sunday. Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Male | neutered | 2 years old | 90 lbs
