Pet's info: Cat | Aegean | Male | neutered | 7.7 lbs
So i have 2 male cats who got neutered recently. They were born both feral but they're not aggressive, but very friendly. One of them is very curious and roams inside the house, but the other one is very cautious, timid and gets scared very easily. He actually used to be the one that was always near the house but now he leaves for most of the day, while the other one stays. He used to be very open to us but now he's just alert all the time and rarely lets us pet him. What do i do?

Each cat has their own personality, just like people. You cannot force him to change. If you have access to getting some Feliway diffusers you may want to try that. They send out calming pheromones for cats and it works in most cases to make shy/timid/scared cats more comfortable. ( https://www.feliway.com/gr )
