Why does my dog have a neck bump and act sad? Should I see a vet?

This bump could be a cyst, an abscess, a benign growth, or a malignant growth. Any suspicious bump should be checked out by a vet, especially since Princess has had behavior changes recently, which can indicate an illness. I'd take her into the vet in the morning.
