My dog is lethargic, won't eat, has watery eyes. When to see vet?

Hi my dog Ashli’s eyes just started running randomly today. She also was very unmotivated to get out of bed. She wouldn’t eat or drink anything. I finally got her to eat and drink some water out of my hand. She usually is up and wants to lay in the sun and go on walks. She is almost 11 years old and is a pit bull boxer mix. I’m just wondering what could be causing this and if we should bring her to the vet.

It sounds like Ashli is sick. She could have a systemic illness, eye infection, inflammation, or injury causing her symptoms. Yes, I would definitely take her into a vet first thing in the morning. Best of luck.
