What causes my dog's skin sores, lumps, and hair loss on her body?

Hi, my dog seems to be getting small sores on various parts of her body, and some small lumps under the skin which also have hair loss on top of them. I'm not sure if the two are connected, but I'm worried something is going on more then just the general scraps of play. I've read a few articles but cant seem to find out what they might be related to. Pet's info: Dog | American Bulldog | Female | spayed | 1 year and 4 months old | 51 lbs
