My cat is sick, bleeding from her rear, and lethargic. What's wrong?

My cat is looking sick and has been gone for a day now and I finally called her and she came back but before she left she pooped or threw up with blood in the bathtub and then when she came back her butthole was all bloody and so is the fur below it and now she looks sick and it looks like all her energy is drained. Pet's info: Cat | American Bobtail | Female | spayed | 4 years and 4 months old | 15 lbs
