My kitten is limp with dilated pupils. Could it be neurological?

Pet's info: Cat | Ragdoll | Male | unneutered | 3 months and 23 days old | 2.5 lbs

my kitten 15 weeks has been ill for 5 days. Vet says it is HAW syndrome...he has vomited his Synulox just now, pupils dialted but has eaten for 1st timne in 5 days about 10mls liquidised food. He went limp and his pupils are fully dilated - he was runnin fever 40 C, but is not hot now

At 3 months old this is a huge problem. It sounds like he may have an underlying congenital neurological condition. There is no way for me to diagnose him via the internet. I suggest you get a second opinion with another vet - a veterinary specialist in neurology would be my recommendation. I found this one but it is 90 minutes from you.
