Olive oil will not treat mange or soothe her. It is just going to make a mess. It is best for you get veterinary assistance. The chance of this resolving on it's own is very small. I suggest you try a benzoyl peroxide shampoo like this one to help flush the mange mites out of the hair follicles: ( https://pethero.co.za/en/product/benzoyle-peroxide-shampoo/ ) Lather, let it sit for 10 minutes and then rinse. DO NOT get this in their eyes. Wash them every 2-3 days until it seems to be resolving. Once they are at least 8 weeks of age you can use the flea prevention Bravecto every 3-4 weeks. This actually will also treat mange. ( https://pethero.co.za/en/product/bravecto-spot-on-for-dogs/ ) If these two things don't start working in a couple months or they get worse then you need to get them to a vet.
