My 8-month-old dog has a golf-ball lump under her jaw. What is it?

Our 8 month old Vizsla has presented this morning with a lump under her jaw the size of a golf ball. We have always noticed her to have slightly enlarged soft and squishy lymph nodes here but nothing like this. No other symptoms, very joyful, playful, eating and drinking, going to toilet fine. Pet's info: Dog | Vizsla | Female | unspayed | 40 lbs

That could be either be a swollen lymph node or salivary gland. I suggest you have her checked by your vet as soon as you can get an appointment. I'm glad she seems to be fine but this definitely abnormal.
