My dog licks neuter incision. Are panting and restlessness signs?

Hello! We adopted a 1 1/2 to 2 year old male chocolate lab today. He was neutered on the 10th of July and seems to be licking the area a lot. I know he is stressed due to the move, but could his panting and restlessness indicate an infection or something in the surgical area? Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Male | neutered | 55 lbs

It could indicate pain or general disturbance in that area, if you can upload a picture of the surgical site in a new question it can be helpful, i will probably be able to tell you if it looks infected or not.
