My budgie is slowly tapping her feet. Is this normal behavior?

My budgie keeps tapping with her feet and mostly it’s with one but sometimes with two and it is quite slow.

Without any other info it would be hard to say if this is normal or not for Coco. It could just be her way of interacting or stretching. If she is otherwise healthy and acting normal, eating, drinking, etc, I would just keep an eye on her and try to see if the behavior is related to something she is doing or seeing. If she is showing any signs of illness in addition to the behavior, or is having trouble standing or perching on her feet, a vet visit is best.
