Why can't my dog bark and sounds like something's in his throat?

Pet's info: Dog | Golden Labrador | Male | unneutered | 10 months and 20 days old | 11 lbs

Burno is not able to bark properly and when he is taking breath he is sounding like something is there in his throat...I'm to much worried ..is it due to cold n cough....

It's hard to say, but if there is concern about something being stuck in the throat, I would have Bruno examined by a vet ASAP. Sometimes infections that cause kennel cough can cause these symptoms, but it is safer to rule out a possible foreign body or blockage first.
