My dog keeps crying in sleep. Is this normal or a health issue?

Is it normal for a dog to cry constantly in their sleep? Diesel cries 98% of the time. Is there anything we can do to prevent this?

No this is definitely not normal behavior. She should be seen by a vet as this can be the start of a type of seizure activity. I suggest you video the behavior with your phone so you can show it to your vet during the exam as Diesel will not likel be exhibiting this behavior at the vet's office.
