How to make my skittish stray cat comfortable and let me pick her up?

My cat is a street cat, I fed her and slowly slowly she became used to me she’ll come to me let me pet her but wen I walk she starts running she’s still a bit afraid and she x let me pick her up what can I do to make her more comfortable with me. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed

You can only giver her more time to get comfortable with you. Some cats will never completely trust humans, but just continuing to feed her and interact with her at her level of comfort is the best you can do.
