Is Lafeber's pellet food good for my conure? How to switch diets?

Hello I have a 4 month old Black Capped Conure. I’m thinking about changing his diet to Lafeber’s pellet berries. Is that a good diet for him? Also how do you gradually switch the food? Thank you. Pet's info: Bird | Conure | Male | 4 months and 3 days old

It is an excellent food which is why I recommended it. All of their diet are great! I'm sorry if I eluded to switching the diet slowly. I did not mean that. It is best to change right away.
