My dog has a spot on his lip. Is it serious enough for a vet?

Hello, I have a 11 month old American bully and this spot as appeared on his lip a few days ago and just wondering if it’s serious or non serious to take him to the vets, thanks

This looks to be a histiocytoma. I don't think he needs a vet visit just yet. Often these will go away on their own. I would only be worried if it doesn't go away in a month or so OR if it grows larger OR if it starts to bother him.
