Why is my opaline lutino lovebird's wing drooping? Is he sick?

Pet's info: Bird | Lovebird | Male

I have an opaline lutino and I asked about him and I got an answer that I will attach in the photos but I didn't understand the occasionally wings thing plz if U guys can explain more I will be grateful and about his voice he sometimes squeak in low voice once or twice can that be like from lack of sleep and often he just tweets normally and when I put him in dark quiet room to sleep I come back to him and he just don't sleep IDK why and if you guys can explain the wing thing again plz

A dropped wing can be a sign of illness. Dropped wing means that one wing is hanging lower than the other one. Hope that clarifies. If not, you should opt for a private consultation with the original vet that answered your question.
