My pug's testicle looks pear-shaped. Should I take him to the vet?

I have a pug one year old. One of his testicles looks very wierd like its pear shaped end, I am attaching picture. What can this be? Thank you so so much, Sandro

This is may be normal but it's impossible to know without palpating the area. Palpate both testicles at the same time. If they feel like they are different sizes, different temperatures, different shapes or seem painful, I recommend to have him examined by his veterinarian. I hope this helps.
