Why does my dog have a rash after being licked by another dog?

Pet's info: Dog | Caucasian Ovcharka | Female | unspayed | 1 year and 9 months old | 130 lbs

My dog was around a male dog and he was licking her bits and bobs constantly and the next day she's come up with a really bad rash around her groin and belly area and was after just a thought on what it could be

This male dog could have some bacteria on its tongue causing a skin infection or even an allergic reaction from the licking. I'd have Shar seen by a vet to have this rash diagnosed and treated. Best of luck.
