My cat's bottom lip is swollen and losing hair. What's the cause?

Hi! My cat recently has developed a swollen bottom lip & all of the hair has seemed to fall out where it's swelled. I'm not particularly sure what happened but it started about 3 days ago. How would I go about fixing it & finding out what happened. Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you!! Pet's info: Cat | Chartreux | Male | neutered | 1 year and 9 months old | 5 lbs

The most common causes of this type of lesion are an infection, an autoimmune condition called an eosinophilic granuloma, a tooth root abscess, an allergic reaction or an injury such as a burn.
