Why does my house still smell like cat pee after I clean everything?

My muezzi is 6 months old. I clean her potty and food bowl regularly. Also keep her clean. But my Room and bathroom has a very bad cat smell all the time. It's hard to stay in the room. What can I do to remove the odor? I also keep my window open for air which has net on it. Still it's not helping. Pet's info: Cat | Bengal | Female | unspayed
