My dog woke up twitching, eyes rolled back, unresponsive. Seizure?

My dog woke up from his sleep and was breathing heavily with his tongue out and started twitching and rolled his eyes back. When I tried waking him up to see if he was ok he wouldn’t move. It was like he was unconscious or something. What does that mean ? Pet's info: Dog | Peekapoo | Male | neutered | 1 year old | 11 lbs

The two big rule outs here would be seizure activity or syncope (like a fainting spell) that could be due to an underlying heart condition. I suggest you get him to your vet for an exam as soon as possible.
